Bolankan Cottage is situated on the A30, 6 miles from Penzance and 41/2 miles from Land's End. The B&B dates back to the 1800s and has recently been extensively modernised with all new bedrooms and bathrooms. Bolankan Cottage is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Bolankan Cottage has one twin room and one family room, both of which are en-suite. The family room has one double bed and bunk beds. A cot and highchair are also available. A third double bedroom should be available on the ground floor by July 2007.

There are many places to visit during your stay in the far South-West and for the really fit among you, there are some great coastal paths to walk and Sennen Cove close by. Then in the latter part of the season we welcome the bird watching fraternity (twitchers) for the birds annual migration.

A short drive from the cottage will take you to Geevor Tin Mine, the Minack Theatre and Porthcurno Telegraph Museum.

For the children there is the beach at Sennen Cove - one mile of golden sand, Flambards at Helston and Paradise Park at Hayle.

We have a patio garden area for your enjoyment as well as bicycle hire -  leave the car behind.  We have plenty of off-road parking.

For you "crafty" people we are able to offer residential craft classes including parchment.
