Old Manse B&B room one

Paulene & Neil would be very pleased to welcome you as guests to their home 'The Old Manse'. A large detached granite house, originally built for a Mine Captain it then became a Minister’s residence. 'The Old Manse' has been recently and carefully renovated.

Two rooms (one double & one twin) have en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining double has a private bathroom (with shower). All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, tea & Coffee making facilities & hairdryers. The bedrooms have either sea or moorland views. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:00 either full English or something lighter, the produce is all local. The breakfast room can be used by guests as a lounge; with a wood burning stove, easy chairs, reading material and games should the weather be inclement.

The Old Manse is set back from the B3306 on the edge of the village, there is plenty of off street parking available and guests can take full advantage of relaxing in the sun sitting in the garden.

Pendeen is a quiet historical mining village on the coastal path & road from St. Ives to St. Just, its position allows easy access to many places of interest. St.Just is 5mins by car, Penzance, Lands’ End, the Minack Theatre and Sennen Cove, are all within reach by car and is an ideal base for walking the coastal path or exploring the many ancient sites of the West Penwith Moors. The house is situated a 100 yards from Geevor Mine entrance and a few minutes walk to the coastal path. There are several pubs, which serve food and a restaurant within walking distance of the house.

Directions
Take the road A3071 sign posted St.Just from Penzance at the top of the moors turn onto the B3318 to Pendeen. Follow this road to the T-junction here turn left onto the B3306 into Pendeen and continue through the village, just on the outskirts 100 yards before the Geevor Mine entrance the house is situated on the left (by the village sign for Trewellard).
